
Will Colley, President, Executive Vice President, Metro Brokers
Will has been working in the Atlanta real estate market since 1991. He has worked as an agent, appraiser, commercial real estate lender, developer, and broker, for such companies as Buckhead Brokers (now Coldwell Banker), Wachovia, and In-Town Development Group. Currently, he serves as Executive Vice President for Metro Brokers, Georgia’s largest real estate company. Will received a Bachelors of Business Administration from The University of Georgia in 1990 and a Master’s of Science in Real Estate from Georgia State University in 1996. In addition to serving as Board President for Find A Way Home, Will is also on the board of MyCharityRewards.org, a non-profit that helps charities raise money through real estate transactions. He remains passionate about his family, friends, and real estate. He married Rae Carlton in 1992 and they have four children, Jackson, Grace, Carlton, and Isabelle.

Jack McGinnis, Treasurer, Director, Brooks, McGinnis & Co.
Jack is a Certified Professional Accountant and serves as Director-in-charge of the General Practice Department of the accounting firm Brooks, McGinnis & Company, LLC. Jack’s areas of experience include providing consulting, accounting, auditing and tax services to a variety of service organizations, churches, schools, voluntary health and welfare organizations, other nonprofit organizations, real estate related entities and closely held corporations. He is an active member of the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants (GSCPA), where he has served on and chaired a number of committees.
Jack received his Master of Business Administration degree in Financial Accounting from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania after obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Jack is also an active member of Roswell Presbyterian Church, where he has served for several years as a Trustee and as Church Treasurer. As an ordained elder, he previously has served two terms on the Session and has served on the Stewardship, Capital Campaign, Personnel, Planned Giving, and Planning Committees. In addition, Jack currently serves on the Operations Team and chairs the Budget and Finance Committee of the Presbytery of Greater Atlanta. He previously has served on the Council and the Administrative Division at the Presbytery. As a volunteer, Jack also serves on the President’s Advisory Council for Columbia Seminary.

Janna Smith, Secretary, Kincaid Orthodontics
Janna works full-time as a clinical assistant at Kincaid Orthodontics, where she loves working with braces and being part of a team that improves the quality of people’s lives. Janna also owns a mobile spray tanning business, Tans On The Run. She started Tans On The Run because she wanted to provide people with a safe alternative to traditional sunbathing. Janna is the proud mother of her three year old son, Jacob.

Kari Albers, Community Volunteer
Kari has been employed by Tyler & Company, a local healthcare and life sciences executive search firm for twelve years. Kari enjoys mentoring and volunteering in the community. In addition to being on the board for Find A Way Home, Kari serves on the board for the Roswell North Elementary Education Foundation and volunteers within the school and for the Roswell Historical Society. She is an active member of Roswell United Methodist Church and enjoys playing tennis. Kari lives in Roswell and has been married to Senator John Albers since 1993. They have two sons. Will attends Roswell High School and is a member of the marching band and is an Eagle Scout; and Ryan attends Roswell North Elementary School.

Lenny Forti, Principal, Fulton County Schools (retired)
Lenny is a recent retiree from the Fulton County School System. He spent the past 33 years as a teacher, assistant principal and principal in several North Fulton County elementary schools. Lenny retired in the spring of 2010 while serving as principal at Sweet Apple Elementary school in Roswell, Georgia. Lenny received his Bachelors Degree from Brockport State which is located near Rochester, New York. He also holds a Master’s Degree and a Specialist Degree in Educational Administration from Georgia State University. Lenny received the PTA Life Achievement Award just prior to his retirement. He enjoys playing golf, his workouts at LA fitness and his weekly runs on the local running trails. Lenny is highly involved in community service. He is an active member of the Roswell Rotary and serves on the Advisory Board of Star House. Lenny participated in the Leadership North Fulton Class of 2009 sponsored by the Greater North Fulton Chamber of Commerce. Lenny lives in East Cobb and has two daughters. Lauren attends the University of Georgia and is pursuing a degree in speech pathology. Nicole attends Pope High School and is interested in becoming a pastry chef.
