What We Do

At Find A Way Home, our goal is to help workforce families in North Fulton County by providing them with the knowledge and resources they need to find safe, decent, cost-effective housing in the communities they serve. We accomplish this goal through our comprehensive program offerings:

Affordable Rental Program – Find A Way Home owns five properties in the Roswell, Georgia, area that are rented to clients who meet our program requirements and income qualifications. Monthly rent is calculated on a sliding scale, allowing clients to spend no more than 30% of their adjusted gross income on housing.

Education – Because knowledge is fundamental to developing lasting positive change, education is a key component of our program. All clients are required to complete a thirteen-week financial literacy workshop and to participate in our one-on-one mentoring program. As clients get ready to begin shopping for a home, they complete one of our homebuyer education courses, which are also open to the general public.

Advocacy - Find A Way Home has formed relationships with city council members, local companies, planning departments, developers, land owners, real estate companies and housing authorities. We bring these groups together with our clients to help them to understand the necessity of increasing the availability of affordable homes in our communities — to help them understand that the backbone of our community needs an opportunity to live here.
