Find A Way Home offers comprehensive homebuyer education for first-time homebuyers. Certified by Neighborworks America and the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, Find A Way Home’s first-time homebuyer education program satisfies the educational requirements for many down payment and housing assistance programs. Our homebuyer education classes cover the entire homeownership process, from evaluating credit worthiness and affordability to closing on the best deal. Our classes are convenient to public transportation and centrally located in downtown Roswell.

Time: 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. (registration begins at 7:30)
Cost: $50 per household
- Course materials
- Lunch and refreshments
- 8 hours of instructional time (satisfies requirements for most HUD programs in Georgia, as well as Georgia DREAM and other down payment assistance programs)
- Certificate of Completion (upon successful completion of entire course)
